In late November, 2008, SRC issued a Request For Proposals (RFP) from contractors able to meet requirements for work during the 2009 season. The following sites were included in the remediation work during the summer 2009 work season:

• Baska Dot Claim mine site
• Beaverlodge - Mickey Lake mine site
• National Explorations Keiller Adit site
• National Explorations Pat Claim mine and camp sites
• Nesbitt LaBine Eagle site
• Nesbitt LaBine ABC site
• Lake Cinch/Cenex mine site
• Pitch-Ore Beaverlodge site
